Summer Freestyle and Greco
This program is for all middle and high school wrestlers. This training cycle is geared towards athletes looking to continue their Freestyle / Greco training leading to National Duals and Fargo; it is encouraged even for those not completing at National Duals or Fargo to still get exposure in this type of training to help further wrestling development.
