StrongHer Roots Girls Program
"Building Her From Foundation to Fearless"
StrongHer Roots is a 10-week girls-only wrestling program designed to build confidence, fundamentals, and competitive mindset in a supportive environment. Athletes will progress through core skills such as stance, motion, attacks, finishes, top control, and escapes—learning how to apply technique with purpose and pressure.
