2019 Summer Strength Programs

We will be running this summer strength programs a little bit different than we did last summer with goals to get the most out of this program. I will be assigning the groups based on athletes age and ability. Unlike other strength and conditioning programs ran for youth and high school students, we like to stick with small groups maxing out at ten athletes per group. This gives myself and the athlete the opportunity to work on proper technique and quality athletic movement patterns.

At  the time of registration, you will choose your top three (3) most preferred times. Cut off dates for signing up will be May 31.
