As an athlete going through the HS Wrestling season we put our main focus on our strength session in order to recover from a long week of training or a taxing weekend of competition. Proceeding strength, the second portion of practice we put our athletes through a set of skills drills to help develop awareness, knowledge and help master different scoring positions. The third and final portion of practice we give our wrestlers time to learn from each other and let them reflect on their previous competition. At this point if they want to hit some "live goes" or just"spar" with their partner is up to them.
